Make no mistake: Cavernous angiomas suck. But your life, well, it can still be very okay.
'Never judge a book by it's cover.' We dismiss people so quickly without ever getting to know them, really know them and that is sad. Thanks for sharing this Gillian
How lovely! Thank you for sharing this - I never watch these shows, so I would've never known about it otherwise. I felt so bad when everyone was looking at him at first like 'Uh, yeah....' - but then at the end I felt horrible for the girl's talent being dismissed. I'm happy he said they would stay a duo no matter what.
I never watch these shows, either, but I can't say I was surprised to see how well he sang. It was truly sad how dismissive they all were. But, I think, for me it was about this amazing friendship.Did you ever see the documentary Anvil? It reminded me of that story. You could certainly argue that such loyalty is both wondrous and destructive, esp for Anvil, but for sure it is painfully rare.
Friendship like love is blind because we see the real person not their shape. Gillian
Very beautifully put, Gillian. :) So true.
Oh, hi. Did you have something you wished to say? Yes? Excellent.
